What is the Council?
The Specified Skilled Worker Council is an organization established to promote the proper acceptance of specified skilled foreign workers. Companies accepting these workers are required to join the council.

Company Membership Obligation
Companies accepting specified skilled workers must join the council within 4 months of starting acceptance. Failure to join may result in inability to continue accepting workers.
